The set includes one front pair of 4mm foam and one rear pair of 4mm foam. It also comes with a cotton pouch for easy storage. The foam is hand washable and the product is proudly produced in Europe.

• To ensure the longevity of your SIAA equipment, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions for each material. 
• Alcantara : Machine washable at 30°C - max 1000 RPM - Air dry.
•  Technical fabric : Machine washable at 30°C max 1000 RPM - Quick air dry. 
• Wool : Hand wash only. Air dry. 
• Foam : Preferably, remove the foam from your pad before machine washing. 
• Velcro : Always fasten the Velcro strips together to avoid damage.
•  Cotton : Machine washable at 30°C - max 1200 RPM - Air dry. 3D 
• Knit : Machine washable at 30°C - Quick air dry

Can I machine wash the Comfort / Balance Pack ? 

It is recommended not to machine wash the half-pad to maintain its shape and make it easier to place back into its cover. Follow the care instructions provided to ensure the longevity of the product.

Returns for any reason other than an obvious defect must
be requested within 7 days

STRĒID reserves the right to inspect and assess any
returned item to determine the nature of the damage. Following our evaluation,
we will decide whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect covered
under warranty or if it is the result of regular use, improper maintenance, or
misuse, in which case the item may not be eligible for warranty repair or
replacement.
