Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@streid.ae. Approved returns must be sent to: Al Quoz Industrial-1, Dubai, UAE.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@streid.ae. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging) and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@streid.ae.
